What kind of school is CVCS?
CVCS is a Christian, college-preparatory, co-ed school founded in 1973. Located in San Juan Capistrano, serving families in South Orange Country and beyond.

Who is CVCS accredited through?
CVCS is fully accredited by The Association of Christian Schools International and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. CVCS is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International, National Association of Secondary School Principals, National Association of College Admissions Counselors, and The College Board.

Is CVCS Culturally Diverse?
CVCS Cultural Diversity: 84% Caucasian, 7% Hispanic, 6% Asian, 1% African American, 2% other. Uniforms are mandatory JK-12 and are available through True Grits in San Clemente.

What does CVCS offer for students that require special additional learning assistance?
CVCS has the Opportunity Schools Program (OSP) which offers learning support services directly linked to classroom activities to CVCS students, grades 1-8.

Is there any program offered for foreign students?
CVCS is proud to introduce an English Language Development Program (ELD) for high school students. The program allows international and domestic students, whose primary language is not English, to enroll in regular, college preparatory high school classes and receive necessary English language assistance to succeed academically. A separate tuition schedule will apply.
