  • Fall (September) Applications accepted starting January 1st until full
  • Spring (End of January) Applications accepted if spots are available

1. Fill out Application and make copies of documentation requested below (include original document along with translated copy).

· Copy of official Immunization Record

· Fill out our immunization record from your official copy (if missing any immunizations, schedule them immediately so you can submit them prior to departure)

· Copy of Passport / Birth Certificate

· Copy of Bank Statement showing ample funds to cover school and housing for the year

· Emergency/Parental Release Form

· Recommendation Form from:

(1) Administrator or School Staff other than a teacher,

(2) English Teacher

· Student Handwritten Essay

· Copy of official School Transcripts for all coursework from the 7th grade through current grade (or in elementary, at least one previous year’s transcripts) NOTE:  If accepted, be sure to submit the final semester’s transcript so student receives credit.

· Copy of SLEP Test showing at least intermediate level (TOEFL or SLATE Tests also accepted)

· Copy of I-20 (if transferring from a U.S. School)

Send $200 application fee along with the Application/documents.

2. Receive an email asking to confirm a phone interview time.

3. Receive an admission decision within a week of the completed phone interview.

4. Receive an Acceptance Letter, I-20 and Preparation Packet (if accepted).

5. Submit on-line homestay forms to company that coordinates our homestay families (if homestay is needed).

6. Send Registration ($550) and First-Year Program Fees ($3,425) immediately upon acceptance, to reserve your spot.

7. Send Tuition payment ($16,800), due by July 1st 2012.
