· 94 Fifty Testing went fantastic. You can log on and create your own profile on www.94fifty.com to view your son’s score and work outs he should be doing. We are doing most of these work outs every day at practice, but, there’s always room for more. REMEMBER: We are 1 of only ten schools that have been chosen to be the roll out programs for the entire West Coast. I have all of their scores in a file and I expect the next time we test, there will be much improvement.
· Putting in the Offense: The offense is coming along and we are slowly starting to have an understanding. It will take some time but I have all the confidence that these young men will progress over the course of the season and get better and better by the end. Our goal is to make the CIF play-offs and it’s certainly an attainable goal as long as we peak and develop at the right time
· TURKEY TROT: Remember, we are running the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning as a program. Please plan on showing up at the Dana Point Harbor in front of Harpoon Henry’s by 8:30. There is no need to register.
