Iron Man Weightlifting Club
The Iron Man Weightlifting Club is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting club and is part of the Southern Pacific local weightlifting committee(LWC). The club is open to boys and girls in 7th grade and above. Athletes in this unique program are trained specifically to compete in local, regional and national level Olympic lifting competitions. All competitors are carefully taught the fundamentals of Olympic style lifting in addition to exercises that greatly improve each athletes overall strength, flexibility and explosiveness.
