Rules

1.      Listen to the coach

2.      Train with 100% effort each and every workout

3.      Avoid all decisions and actions that hurt the team

4.      Treat others the way you want to be treated

Expectations

  • Attend all scheduled workouts prepared and on time
  • Always use proper safety precautions when training
    • Collars to secure plates
    • Appropriate technique for failed lift attempts
    • Chalk for enhanced grip
    • Lifting belts as needed
    • Spotters
    • Wear weightlifting shoes and proper attire for all workouts
  • Must hold a current USA Weightlifting membership card
  • Arrange transportation to and from all competitions
  • Represent the team in a positive manner at all times
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 with no grades below a C
