1. Listen to the coach
2. Train with 100% effort each and every workout
3. Avoid all decisions and actions that hurt the team
4. Treat others the way you want to be treated
Expectations
- Attend all scheduled workouts prepared and on time
- Always use proper safety precautions when training
- Collars to secure plates
- Appropriate technique for failed lift attempts
- Chalk for enhanced grip
- Lifting belts as needed
- Spotters
- Wear weightlifting shoes and proper attire for all workouts
- Must hold a current USA Weightlifting membership card
- Arrange transportation to and from all competitions
- Represent the team in a positive manner at all times
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 with no grades below a C
