Luke Taylor
Head Coach-Boy’s Varsity Soccer

Luke’s first year as the Head Coach for Boy’s Varsity Soccer team at CVCS was the 2007-08 season.  He moved over to the boy’s program after serving as the Head Girls Varsity Soccer Coach for the 2006-07 season. 

Luke graduated from Hope International University, located in Fullerton, California with a Bachelor’s degree in History in 2003. He will complete a Master’s degree in History, with an emphasis in Arab-Israeli conflict, at California State University-Fullerton in May of 2008. Luke played on the Men’s Soccer team at Hope from 1999 to 2002. 

Luke began his coaching career in 2002 as an assistant with the Boy’s Varsity team at Don Lugo High School in Chino, California. In 2003 he became an assistant coach for both the Men’s and Women’s teams at Hope International University where he continues to work primarily with the goalkeepers.

He currently trains goalkeepers for Saddleback United Soccer Club and trains a Boy’s U-16 team with Pacific Soccer Club-South.
