CONGRATULATIONS JOSH KIHM – ALL STAR INVITEE!

Senior Josh Kihm (below in white) has been invited to play in the Kiwanis/PlyoCity High School All Star Basketball Game.  Josh led the Eagles this year to the Academy League Championship.  Josh was 28th in the entire Nation this year in 3 point Field Goals per game!  He set a school record with a total of 106!  Congratulations to Josh for being chosen to play in this game!

The Orange County High School All Star Basketball Games will be celebrating their 43rd annual showcase on Saturday April 26th, 2008.  The boys and girls basketball games pit the North Orange County High School All Stars against the South Orange County High School All Stars, represented by the top graduating seniors.  This year there will be a total of 4 great games. 

The games are sponsored by the Costa Mesa Kiwanis Club and PlyoCity as a charity event to raise funds for charitable and youth organizations in Orange County.   The games have raised over $500,000 for charity, including the YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs, Orange Coast College Scholarship Fund and CHOC Hospital.  This year’s games will be held at Ocean View High School 17071 Gothard St. Huntington Beach, CA 92647 on Saturday, April 26, 2008.

Game Times:

3:00 PM          Senior Girls (Small Schools)
4:45 PM          Senior Boys (Small Schools)
6:30 PM          Senior Girls (Big Schools)
8:15 PM          Senior Boys (Big Schools)

Girl's North:  Jim Harris Sr. – Ocean View H.S.

Boy’s South: William Assaf – St. Margaret’s H.S.
