Throughout her distinguished career in elementary education, Pam has successfully led large, high-functioning school environments. She has a proven track record of supporting instructional excellence, leading dedicated teams of teachers, and partnering closely with families to cultivate thriving school communities. Her extensive expertise includes overseeing rigorous academic programs, driving curriculum development, and fostering globally minded learning environments—notably through her work as an International Baccalaureate (IB) Coordinator and her leadership within Mandarin Dual Immersion programming.

Outside of her role at CVCS, Pam is an active member of Kindred Community Church in Anaheim Hills and is passionately involved in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF).
