Chef Baird has been stirring, tossing, flipping, mixing, and baking his way around the Southern California restaurant scene since the dinosaur days! He has worked as a general manager at several large restaurant chains and has worked at CVCS since 2015 in the Eagle’s Kitchen—completely revolutionizing the way in which the food services department delivers great tasting, nutritional meals in a carefree and fun environment for the students and staff of CVCS. 
 
Chef Baird teaches two culinary arts classes at the junior high level and maintains a team of trained, certified student kitchen assistants at the high school level. Teaching kids in a classroom setting is an extension of Chef’s biblical worldview which encourages us to endeavor in mentoring, coaching, and teaching the next generation about the one and only true gospel of the saving grace of King Jesus! 
 
Bryan is married to his beautiful wife and they have five children who have all graduated from college. In 2018 their first granddaughter was born. When he is not in the Eagles Kitchen, you can find Bryan studying up on church history (yes he thinks this is a hobby), playing XBOX, viewing and creating tech review videos, brushing up on middle earth mythos, or taking a nap!
