Coach Van Rensselaer has a strong coaching philosophy to honor God before honoring self. He trains young men to be successful sons, friends, athletes, students, future husbands, and fathers by being in the Word of God. He creates a vision for what the team wants to accomplish and then holds them accountable to this. He encourages his team to spend time outside of volleyball serving together.
