Mr. Baldwin graduated from Berea College with his undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. After graduating and having done genetic research, Mr. Baldwin transitioned to theology.  While working on his Masters in Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary, he had a busy schedule tutoring math and science, volunteering at church, interning as a chaplain at CHOC; all the while juggling his newest passion, surfing. During his penultimate quarter at Fuller, he was hired at El Segundo United Methodist Church as a youth director. After having worked at the church for more than three years, he transitioned back into education by working at St. Margaret’s Episcopal School as the lab technician and upper school biology teacher and assistant coach to the upper school surf team.  

Mr. Baldwin is married with three children.
