Mrs. Ruth is the Founder and Managing Director of the Conservatory of Performing Arts (COPA), previously based out of San Clemente and recently relocated to the Camino Real Playhouse in San Juan Capistrano. After spending most of her life in dance, choir, and theater, she discovered her passion for teaching children. Through this passion, she earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s Degree in Education, with an emphasis in Performing Arts, from Azusa Pacific University. She taught for six years in the Pomona Unified School District in a low socio-economic area, where she started a musical theater program. She then realized the importance of the Performing Arts in a school setting.

Mrs. Ruth is thrilled to work at a Christian school with high morals and expectations and is excited about positively impacting the students’ lives at CVCS. She lives in San Clemente with her husband and two children, who also attend CVCS.
