Mrs. Cami Marchand
Mrs. Marchand comes to CVCS after 15 years in full-time church ministry. She is excited to have the opportunity to nurture a love and understanding of the Bible and mentor students through such a pivotal phase of their lives. Mrs. Marchand attended Westmont College where she met her beloved husband of over 30 years.
After a short career in social science research, Mrs. Marchand was blessed with two sons. After becoming a mother and experiencing the vital role the church can have in the lives of young families, Mrs. Marchand felt strongly called to full-time church ministry. She persevered through the Master of Divinity program at the Talbot School of Theology.
As parents, Mrs. Marchand and her husband have been dedicated to planting seeds of faith and nurturing spiritual growth. Part of that concerted effort was enrolling their sons at CVCS. After finishing high school, both boys chose to attend Christian colleges (evoking joy and financial anxiety) at Biola University and George Fox University.
Mrs. Marchand and her husband live in Mission Viejo with their three dogs who insist on visiting the dog park every evening. Occasionally the pack mixes it up with trips to dog beaches in Huntington, San Diego, or Oregon. They also enjoy hikes, listening to audio books, and naps.
