My name is Erica Norgren and my caseload consists of grades 11 and 12. I am here to help and support the junior and senior students of CVCS to be successful through high school graduation and beyond. I have worked as a guidance counselor at two different public high schools prior to coming to CVCS, but I feel blessed to have the privilege of working in a Christian environment. I enjoy working with high school students; especially with helping them find the right college fit, navigate through life and make good choices regarding their future. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree and PPS credential in School Counseling, all from California State Univ., Long Beach. I am currently half way through the College Guidance Specialist Certificate program through UCLA. I have been married to my husband Ryan for almost 20 years and have a son, Jonah and daughter, Amanda. I am excited to be a part of CVCS as I am a 1990 graduate myself.
