Signage and Posting Policy for CVCS

To maintain a clean and professional appearance, all permanent signage on exterior doors must be professionally designed and installed.

Posters, flyers, notes, and advertisements are not allowed in hallways or on any interior surfaces. However, signs placed in the plexiglass holders around campus are permitted with prior approval from the communications department. Taped posters, flyers, or notes are strictly prohibited on all surfaces.

Classroom and office exterior doors must remain free of stickers, taped messages, announcements, cards, or any other materials to avoid a cluttered appearance.

Exceptions may be granted for special events or occasions with prior approval from the communications department by emailing communications@cvcs.org or contact Miranda Baird.
