As we prepare for the next school year, please remember that all students entering 7th grade must provide proof of a Tdap booster, which protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). Parents are required to submit an updated immunization record—dated and signed by a healthcare provider—to the CVCS Health Office before the start of the school year. If you’re unsure whether your child has already received the booster, feel free to contact the Health Office at healthoffice@cvcs.org. Immunization records for current students can also be checked in FACTS.
