Get a head start on the 2026-2027 school year with early billing and flexible payment options for your program fees.

Program Fee Billing: Program fees are due by May 15, 2026. This allows you to pay these fees early—during the month you do not have a tuition payment. You also have the flexibility to make your own payment plan by making partial payments towards the balance until May 15 without receiving late fees.
 
Instructions: After receiving your invoice, log in to your FACTS Family Portal and navigate to the Financial tab. Go to "Make a Payment". Under Other Payment Options, select “Other Amount”. Find the Incidental Expenses Invoice due 5/15/26. You can make full or partial payment towards this balance. If you need assistance, you can contact FACTS directly at 866-441-4637.
