Join us on Monday, August 10 for our annual Welcome Rally and School Picture Day—a fun and important kickoff to the new school year! From school photos and class schedules to meeting teachers and purchasing Friday shirts, uniform, and CVCS spirit wear items, this event is your one-stop welcome to CVCS.

To help keep things moving and avoid long lines, we recommend arriving ANYTIME during your family’s suggested window based on last name:

• A-M: arrive anytime between 9:00 - 11:30 PM

🍴 Faculty Lunch Break: 12:00 - 12:30 PM (Classrooms and stations will be closed)

• N-Z: arrive anytime between 12:30 - 2:00 PM

These times are just suggestions to help spread out arrival—feel free to come when it works best for your family!

Activities:

• 📸 Take your school photo. Wear or bring your CVCS uniform shirt for your school photo (no hoodies, sweatshirts or athletic wear).
• 👩‍🏫 Meet your teachers, staff, and administration.
• 🏫 Visit your classrooms.
• 💻 Pick up your MacBook if you're a junior high or high school student.
• 📋 Check out the posted elementary class lists.
• 📅 Junior high and high school students will get their class schedules.
• 👕 Purchase your Friday t-shirt (no pre-order required!)

🎉 Don’t miss the fun! We’ll have bounce houses and Kona Ice on campus to celebrate the start of a great new year!

If you are unable to attend the rally, all materials will be distributed to your student during the first week of school.
