Our goal is for students to achieve more than academic success—to pursue meaningful opportunities, build resilience, confidently navigate challenges, contribute to their communities, and thrive with joy and purpose in every stage of life.

Connection and Collaboration
Harkness Tables and small group layouts at CVCS are designed to foster active participation and engagement from every student. The Harkness Table, a large oval table, allows all members of the class, including the teacher, to see and connect with one another, promoting equal opportunity for discussion and collaboration. This setup ensures that no student is left out or can disengage, creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment. Similarly, small group layouts further encourage teamwork, creativity, and shared problem-solving, ensuring every voice is heard and valued in the learning process.
Shaping Well-Rounded Leaders for Life Beyond High School
Graduating from CVCS means more than academic achievement and college readiness; it signifies the development of students into Christ-centered leaders who are kind, compassionate, and courageous. Guided by our Portrait of a Graduate, CVCS alumni are prepared to engage the world with integrity, wisdom, and faith, equipped to make an honorable and meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
